We are open to hiring multiple candidates at the senior secondary level. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality education, fostering critical thinking, and developing strong knowledge and communication skills among students.Key Responsibilities:- Teach Geography to Classes 11 and 12 according to CBSE curriculum - Develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans for theory and practical components - Encourage analytical thinking, map skills, and classroom participation - Conduct assessments, periodic tests, and board exam preparations - Provide remedial support to students as required - Maintain discipline and a positive classroom learning environment - Integrate modern teaching aids and activity-based learning methods - Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school co-curricular and academic activities-Requirements:- Master’s degree in Geography (M.A./M.Sc.) - B.Ed. is mandatory - Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience for senior secondary classes - Strong command over English language and communication skills - Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and board exam patterns - Ability to handle senior secondary students effectivelyPreferred Skills:- Experience in board exam preparation (Classes 11–12) - Classroom management and student engagement skills - Activity-based teaching and modern pedagogical approaches - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities - Ability to motivate students and foster a love for Geography
