The role is part of client’s internal strategy team required to work with global and regional sustainability teams.Education: Full time MBA from a premier college.Location – Mumbai and Bengaluru (Candidates desirous of relocation can also apply)Required Skills: The candidate should,Have proven experience in corporate strategy / business growth strategy / GTM strategy/ strategy formulation / research / storyboarding / insights.Have excellent core consulting skills – i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modelling, including logical structuring and storytelling, writing skills; superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPointBe technology savvy, and with a global exposure - able to work well with a diverse set of professionals across India and the US.Have used cutting edge qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills to build in-depth go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Have comprehensive knowledge of strategy models and frameworks .Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team playerSolid influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsAbility to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful reports and recommendationsSolid domain knowledge of sustainabilityStrong presentation and verbal and written communication skillsAgility and flexibility in adapting to a dynamic and hybrid environment Mentoring junior team membersExceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiativesHighly developed personal and professional ethicsInterested?
