This isn’t just reporting and compliance — it’s FP&A, cost control, team building, and high-level business partnership. You’ll be our finance brain on the ground.What You’ll Own Budgeting, forecasting, and full FP&A strategy Local finance ops: accounting, audits, controls, compliance Financial reporting to global leadership Team building — lead and grow the PH finance team Cross-functional support (sales, ops, HR) for pricing, margin control, and decision-making Risk management, internal controls, tax/regulatory complianceMust-Have Qualifications 10+ years in finance/accounting roles Proven leadership experience in BPO or offshoring environments Strong FP&A + operational finance experience Experience managing local finance teams (ideally in APAC) Ready to relocate to the Philippines CA, CPA, or MBA in FinanceGood-to-Have Experience with multinational operations / cross-border reporting Prior Big Four background Exposure to M&A, transfer pricing, or fundraising activitiesWhy Join Us Strategic, high-impact role — build from scratch Work directly with founders and C-level leadership Fast-growing company with global ambitions Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance provided
