Job Title: Senior Graphic DesignerExperience: 3-5 yearsLocation: HyderabadDepartment: Creative / DesignReports To: Creative Lead / Head of DesignJob Description: Preferred Skill Set: Advertising Agency Experience, Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Ideation, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Acute Vision, Illustration, and Sketching.                                                                                           Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAWKey Responsibilities:Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.Interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print media.Design high-quality graphics, layouts, illustrations, and branding assets, including logos, product creatives, and marketing materialsAdvertising and digital marketing background with a minimum of 3 years of experiencePlanning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submitting them for approval.Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Communicating with clients about layout and design.Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CorelDRAW(optional).Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and maintaining design standards.Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.Coordinate with external vendors such as printers and production teams when required.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); working knowledge of tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Figma is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work to be submitted.Strong understanding of storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection, and all key aspects of audiovisual contentSolid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field.
