About the RoleThe Founder’s Office is a high-impact leadership role that works closely with the founders on strategy formulation, execution excellence, and business scaling. The role requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and people management capabilities to translate vision into structured plans and consistent execution.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy and Business PlanningPartner with founders on annual and quarterly strategy, OKRs, and operating plansConduct detailed market sizing, competitive analysis, and growth opportunity assessmentsDevelop structured problem statements, strategic frameworks, and decision notes for leadership reviews2. Execution and Program ManagementLead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and FinanceDrive execution rigor by defining scope, timelines, milestones, and success metricsTrack risks, dependencies, and outcomes while ensuring timely closure of action itemsManage multiple initiatives in parallel and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment3. Data and Analytical InsightsAnalyze business KPIs, unit economics, and operational metrics to identify trends and gapsApply strong analytical skills to perform root-cause analysis and recommend data-backed solutionsBuild and interpret dashboards, models, and reports to support leadership decision-making4. Stakeholder and People ManagementAct as a trusted partner to founders and senior leadership teamsManage and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authorityEnsure clarity of communication, alignment on priorities, and accountability across teamsSupport junior team members or project teams by providing direction and structured guidance5.
