Senior Civil Engineer

Lead and supervise all on-site civil engineering activitiesPlan daily and weekly work schedules and assign tasks to supervisors & labourReview and interpret drawings, structural details, and project specificationsEnsure construction work is carried out as per quality standards, safety norms, and project timelinesPrepare and verify BOQ, estimation, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheetsMonitor progress, material usage, and resource allocationCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, vendors, engineers, and project managersMaintain accurate site documentation: DPR, WPR, material reports, labour recordsIdentify challenges on-site and provide quick technical solutionsConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standardsParticipate in project review meetings and provide timely updatesOversee structural, finishing, and overall project execution Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Building Construction: 5 years (Required) Govt Project: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
