Electrical Engineer

Hi All, We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader / Project Head with strong expertise in the power sector to lead a large-scale electricity distribution project. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in managing projects worth 1000 Cr or above, with a deep understanding of technical, regulatory. Note: Must have B.TECH Degree in electrical / electrical and electronics engineering and MBA/ M.TECH Degree in electrical / electrical and electronics engineering. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university. 16+ years of experience in the power sector, with strong exposure to electricity distribution projects. Post-graduate qualifications in Management / Engineering will be an added advantage. Should have supervised at least one project of 1000 Cr or above as Team Leader or equivalent role. Proven expertise in Project Management, Contract Management, Leadership, Monitoring & Evaluation, Reporting, and Communication. Knowledge of power sector regulatory frameworks is an added advantage. Proficiency in Bengali language is essential.
