Tele Calling Executive

Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make purchases. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, provide information, and address any issues or complaints. Lead Generation: Generate leads from potential customers through outbound calls and follow up on these leads to drive sales. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in the company database or CRM system, and ensure the confidentiality of customer information. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call volume targets.
