Role Overview:We're looking for a proactive and communicative individual to help drive growth, generate leads, and build relationships with students and institutions. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage leads for training and internship programs. Conduct market research and pitch our offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team for strategy alignment. Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain sales records. Travel for business development activities (as required). Eligibility: Open to freshers and final-year students. No minimum GPA or prior experience required. Must have strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Compensation: During Probation (4 months): ₹13,500/month + ₹10,000 incentive After Probation: CTC ₹6 LPA (₹3.6L fixed + ₹2.4L performance-based) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
