JOB DETAILS Carry out experiments as per the direction of the research manager by following the Product Innovation Process (PIP) of Kemin.Develop and validate new protocols for laboratory research Carry out literature search and identify appropriate methods for conducting research Contribute to writing research reports and presentations Assist in writing of technical articles based on the research finding on a timely basis for internal and external publications Gain knowledge about animal nutrition and health and submit ideas for new product development Maintain accurate and up to date records of all research activities in laboratory notebooks and other forms as required. Protect all confidential information such as formulations, trade secrets and other commercially sensitive information. Carry out research activities with high scientific and personal integrity and by following good scientific and laboratory practices. Conduct all research activities with strict adherence to the health and safety policies of the company. Master’s degree in science with specialization in Chemistry /Microbiology/Biotechnology with minimum 1 year of research experience.
