Our mission is simple: turn data into business outcomes, delivered with speed, clarity, and high quality.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Data Specialist based in Banjara Hills (Hyderabad), with a mix of on-site work and remote flexibility.Your primary focus will be Power BI + SQL, with strong exposure to Microsoft Fabric and paginated reporting. You’ll be responsible for building beautiful, executive-ready dashboards, creating paginated reports, wrangling data from multiple sources, and troubleshooting reporting issues end-to-end.If you’ve used AI/ML or modern analytics in past work (forecasting, anomaly detection, segmentation, NLP, Copilot/Fabric AI features, automated insights), that’s a huge plus.What You’ll Do- Build and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards (clean design, business storytelling, fast performance) - Create Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder (print/export-ready PDFs/Excels) - Write and optimize SQL queries to pull, validate, and manipulate data for reporting - Support reporting workflows in Microsoft Fabric (datasets/semantic models, pipelines, transformations, etc.) - Troubleshoot issues like missing data, blank visuals, wrong filters, slow reports, and model problems - Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver quicklyQualifications (Must-Have)- Strong experience with Power BI (Desktop + Service) - Proven ability to build visually polished dashboards (we will review past work/portfolio) - Strong hands-on experience with Paginated Reports / Power BI Report Builder - SQL is a must (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization) - Strong understanding of data modeling (relationships, star schema basics, semantic models) - Strong attention to detail and ability to debug/report issues end-to-end - Ability to work with stakeholders and convert requirements into clean reportingHuge Plus (Preferred)- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, dataflows, semantic models) - Experience using AI/ML in analytics work (or using Fabric/Power BI AI features) - Prior experience in consulting / client-facing delivery environmentsWhat to Include When You Apply (Important)- Power BI dashboard samples (screenshots/links) - Paginated report samples (screenshots/examples)A short note on what you owned: SQL, modeling, DAX, Fabric, publishing, troubleshooting, design
