Certified a Great Place to Work for the 4th year in a row (2025), we are driving clean energy innovation and a people-first culture.About the Role: We are currently looking for a Senior Executive with 4 years of experience in the IT department.Responsibilities:- Proven Knowledge in PC Hardware assembling, installation & setup. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in windows environment. - Perform regular system maintenance and updates. - Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, IIS, FTP, and other related services. - Hands on experience SQL server administration, Queries (sql/Pl-sql). - AD-including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, groups, and organizational units. - Configure and maintain server hardware and software components, including network interfaces, storage devices, and backup solutions. - Monitor network activity and performance. - Good knowledge in virtualization technologies - Hyper-V, V-Space, Thin clients. - Remote server administration tools- MMC, Power Shell cmdlets. - Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles. - Good knowledge of networking concepts, routing, switching- cisco protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls. - Good understanding of diverse computer systems and networks. - Good to have computer typing skills (40 WPM). - Create & Maintain documentation in IT related activities. - Should have enthusiasm to learn new technologies & improve skill set.Qualifications: UG/Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field. Certification will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) networking(CCNA/CCNP).Required Skills: Proven Knowledge in PC Hardware assembling, installation & setup, and various IT management skills as listed in the responsibilities.Preferred Skills: Certification will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) networking(CCNA/CCNP).
