JOB DESCRIPTION- Career CounsellorCOMPANY PROFILE:Launcher is an EdTech company that is a part of the BSE/NSE listed parent, CL Educate.Career Launcher is a leader in test-prep for aptitude exams(MBA, Law, IPM), jobs (UPSC, Bank),International Education Test Prep (SAT, GRE, GMAT and IELTS ) and Study Abroad (with an extensive partner university network in the US, UK and Canada) for over 29 years and has kept the technology-enabled leadership consistently.Over a million students engage with the platform annually through a blended approach where the online program is strongly supported by over 200 locations across India and West Asia.Key Responsibility Areas:o Handling Branch Level Inquiries to convert to sale for various courses regular classroom courseDual mode Course, Online Courses pertaining the School Tuition, ICSE, CBSE & XI XII commerce with CLAT,IPM Entrance prep.o Data Calling and converting into sales.o Regular School Visits and collects data from students.o Promote various courses like regular classroom course Dual mode Course, Online Coursespertaining to the School Tuition, ICSE, CBSE & XI XII with CLAT,CAT and SSC.o Promote School / Junior College tie up process for Classroom Programs and provide post tie upoperational support as and when required.o Conducting BTL activities (as followed in the system) to enter into entry restricted accounts /schools leading to lead generation activities.Key Performance Areas:o Generating leads and Converting into Admissions.o Smooth operations of the PRE and post sales activitiesDesired Candidate Profile:o Self-Motivated Graduates with good communication skills, keen instincts to learn and perform.o Must have Computer Knowledge with Excel, MS word, and Internet.o Candidates from similar or related industries will be preferred.o Experienced Candidate preferred; but, Fresher’s, willing to learn and explore their Capability, are most welcome.o Ability to take sales pressure.o Must be a quick learner and active listenerLocation: Madhapur and AmeerpetEmail Id: nikita.sharma@
