The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll management, HR policies implementation, SAP operations, attendance and leave management, and handling the complete exit process for both teaching and non-teaching staff.Key Responsibilities:- Lead full-cycle recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions. - Manage payroll processing, compliance, and statutory requirements. - Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures. - Handle attendance, leave, and performance tracking. - Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities. - Utilize SAP for efficient HR operations and reporting.Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of HR processes in educational institutions. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Proactive and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges.
