The ideal candidate should have hands-on experiencein managing 500+ workforce, driving HR strategy, and implementing best practices tosupport business growth.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant with 500+ manpower.• Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce deployment as per production needs.• Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Labour Laws) and ensure zero non-compliance.• Build and maintain strong industrial relations with shop-floor employees, unions, and government authorities.• Implement HR policies, grievance redressal mechanisms, and disciplinary processes.• Lead employee engagement, retention strategies, and welfare initiatives at the plant.• Ensure seamless payroll management, attendance, and time office administration.• Drive training & development initiatives to upskill workforce and build future leaders.• Act as a strategic partner with plant leadership to align HR practices with business goals.• Maintain a safe, productive, and compliant workplace in line with HR & EHS standards.Requirements• MBA/MSW in HR or related field from a reputed institute.• 10–15 years of proven HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.• Strong exposure to handling 500+ workforce in a plant setup.• Expertise in IR, statutory compliance, and employee welfare.• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders.• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.Why Join VFORM?• Opportunity to lead HR at a large-scale manufacturing plant.• Work with a high-growth company shaping the future of manufacturing.• Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
