The Associate Interior Designer will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs, contributing to space planning, and developing creative design concepts. Responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), presenting design ideas, and working alongside teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations. The individual will also support sales efforts through compelling presentations and delivering exceptional customer service.Qualifications- Proficiency in Space Planning and knowledge of Architecture principles to optimize layouts and functionality - Experience in creating detailed Construction Drawings and technical drafts - Strong skills in Interior Design, including material selection and design visualization - Familiarity with FF&E, including sourcing, specification, and installation of furniture and fixtures - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with teams - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a client-focused environment - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
