We are looking for experienced Tax Preparers and Tax Reviewers who are passionate about US taxation and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Preparation- Prepare U.S. individual tax returns including Form 1040 and 1040-NR - Analyze income documents such as W-2s, 1099s, investment statements, and deductions - Ensure accurate and timely e-filing of federal and state returnsTax Review- Review prepared returns for accuracy, compliance, and completeness - Validate supporting documents and calculations - Identify errors, risks, and optimization opportunitiesTax Research & Compliance- Stay updated with current IRS rules, tax law changes, and filing requirements - Ensure full compliance with IRS and state regulationsClient Support- Assist with client calls and queries related to tax filings - Draft clear explanations and responses for client communications - Support during IRS notices and audit-related mattersTools & Software- Work extensively with Drake Tax Software - Maintain documentation and workflows using Microsoft Office toolsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Experience: - Minimum 2+ years experience in U.S. Individual Tax Preparation (1040 / 1040-NR) - 3+ years experience preferred for Tax Review roles - Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of U.S. individual taxation - Proficiency in tax preparation software (Drake preferred) - Good command of MS Excel, Word, and documentation tools - Soft Skills: - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking - Clear verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Taxagon?- Work on real U.S. tax cases with experienced professionals - Exposure to end-to-end tax preparation and review processes - Structured workflows and professional growth opportunities - Stable US shift role with long-term career potentialHow to ApplySend your resume to (Only): +91 97016 44550
