JOB TITLE : PLANT HEAD AT SOLDER MANUFACTURING UNIT.EXPERIENCE : 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE SOLDER MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.Responsibilities:Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the plant team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Set clear goals and objectives, and inspire the team to achieve them.Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, quality control, maintenance, and logistics. Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the plant budget, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Implement measures to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance, productivity, and competitiveness. Implement best practices, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization techniques to streamline operations and maximize output.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Implement measures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.Supplier and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, components, and services. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
