Job Profile: We are looking for a senior HR Professional having 10+ years of Experience in Managing Plant/ Factory/Industrial unit Human Resource function. The position is for Plant HR Head for one of our manufacturing unit based in New Delhi-Mangolpuri. The incumbent must have solid experience in handling Plant/Industrial unit overall HR Function including IR and General administration.Relevant HR Experience from Manufacturing, Automobile, Battery Industry will be preferred.The position will have direct reporting to CEO and CHRO – Corporate HR. Job Responsibilities:Managing the recruitment and selection process.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of the organization.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Nurture a positive working environment.Participate in divisional HR meetings and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Handle overall function of HR, IR & General Administration of the Company.Administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance program.Plan & implement for various welfare schemes, Reward, Health Insurance, rewards & Shop floor visits, suggestions, and provide them proper counseling.Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.Supervision of attendance records, Leave records of on role and contractual manpower.Liaison with Govt.
