Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Kamal Medtech in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for making callouts to customers, offering them Kamal's products and services, and responding to their queries. The Caller will also be responsible for data entry and report generation. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and active listening skillsCustomer service and telemarketing skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionAttention to detail and accuracyProficient in the use of computer software including Microsoft ExcelFluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plusExperience in a call center or telemarketing role is preferred but not mandatoryHigh school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree is a plus
