These courses are designed to enhance the skills and efficiency of officers working in Ministries/Departments, Autonomous bodies, and PSUs under the central government. PARI also collaborates with international organizations to offer specialized courses and has received high participant appreciation.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site contract role for a Training Coordinator at PARI Training Institute in New Delhi. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for soliciting trainees, coordinating and facilitating training programmes, developing training materials/modules, and assessing training needs. They will also communicate with stakeholders, organize training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness.QualificationsTraining Coordination, Training & Development, and Employee Training skillsStrong communication, English speaking and interpersonal skillsAbility to create and deliver effective training programsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience in training needs assessment and evaluationMaster's degree in a relevant field/ MBA.
