The institute aims to be a center of excellence in professional studies. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Institute of Innovation in Technology and Management. The Caller will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls, providing information to callers, handling queries, and maintaining call records. They will also assist in administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in telephone etiquette and customer serviceAbility to handle high volume calls and multitaskStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in call recordsKnowledge of basic computer applicationsExperience in a similar role is a plusMinimum high school diploma or equivalent
