Based at our headquarters in Delhi, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling product displays both in-store and online, enhancing brand image, and optimizing customer experience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, a knack for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand vision into visual narratives.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement visual merchandising strategies for retail stores and e-commerce platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.Create engaging and innovative product displays that reflect the brand's identity, both in-store and online (website, social media, digital platforms).Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align visual concepts with promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards of aesthetics and design.Optimize product imagery and layout for e-commerce, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal.Regularly review online and offline visual presentations to ensure they meet MARS Cosmetics' brand standards.Monitor trends in visual merchandising and design, incorporating innovative and creative ideas to maintain a fresh, engaging retail presence.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for store fixtures, props, and visual display materials.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on both retail and e-commerce, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.Strong design knowledge with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator) and e-commerce platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate creative ideas into clear, actionable plans.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of design trends in the beauty and retail sectors.Why MARS Cosmetics?
