Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and student agency through a variety of teaching strategies. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that aligns with the IB Learner Profile attributes.2. Curriculum Development and DocumentationDevelop, update, and maintain all subject-specific MYP curricular documents, including unit plans, scope and sequence, and assessment plans. Ensure all documentation aligns with the IB MYP framework and reflects current educational best practices. Regularly review and revise curriculum documents to incorporate feedback, reflect new developments in the IB MYP, and address the evolving needs of students.3.
