In this role, you will review and analyze Commercial Real Estate (CRE) data from various county websites, compare it with our internally collected data and vendor-provided data, and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data analysis skills, with a passion for ensuring data quality and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Review and extract CRE data from various county websites and public pare external data sources against internally collected data and vendor data to ensure consistency and accuracy.Identify, document, and resolve data discrepancies or gaps in information.Utilize SQL to query databases and perform data validation, aggregation, and analysis.Collaborate with the team to improve data collection and processing workflows.Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders.Maintain meticulous documentation of methods and findings.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in CRE or Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in SQL/Athena for querying, analyzing, and managing datasets.Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Python, or R).Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) data is a plus but not required.What We Offer:A supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Hands-on experience with CRE data analysis and industry-standard petitive salary and benefits package.LOCATION: Work from Home TIMINGS: 2: 00 PM to 11: 00 PM IST SALARY RANGE: Best in Industry SEND APPLICATION TO: resume@
