Location: Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Cochin, Rajkot, Patna, Ranchi, Guwahati, Chennai, and other major cities across India.Job Purpose:The Service Engineer will deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction by focusing on preventive maintenance, installations, user training, and timely resolutions to service issues. This role is critical to maintaining high service standards and supporting Immunoshop’s comprehensive portfolio of medical diagnostic instruments.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support:-- Provide high-quality service and technical support for Immunoshop’s diagnostic instruments, including Maglumi Series, CLIA Automation, Chorus and Chorus EVO, Blot and IFA Processor, Hematology, Nephlometry, and HPLC.-- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.Problem Resolution:– Perform installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic instruments.– Deliver user training sessions to ensure optimal instrument operation by customers.– Independently manage and resolve technical issues after receiving training, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.AMC & CMC Management:– Timely execution and documentation of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC).– Collect AMC and CMC payments from customer sites.– Ensure timely preventive maintenance of diagnostic equipment under contracts.Skills and Competencies:– Strong technical and analytical skills to resolve instrument issues effectively.– Expertise in CLIA, Hematology, or similar medical diagnostics automation.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.– Proactive, committed, and responsive to customer needs.– Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain service standards under pressure.Qualifications and Experience:– Engineering graduate, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.– A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical diagnostics service role.– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in servicing CLIA Automation instruments.– Candidates with higher experience may be considered for a Manager - Service Position.WHY IMMUNOSHOPImmunoshop, with a 22-year track record of excellence, is a trusted name in the diagnostic industry with a strong all-India presence.
