Position: Sales and Technical Service Engineer Report to: Sales Manager Location: IndiaJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the company’s market in the India region by maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding business opportunities. Introduce and promote company products and offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support for applications; Gather customer requirements and issues and provide feedback to the R&D team at headquarters for adjustments and optimizations; Facilitate communication among customers, the sales team, and the R&D team and coordinate the resolution of key issues to ensure sales targets are met.QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a chemistry-related field with at least 7 years of work experience; A minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical product research and development or laboratory work, with a strong understanding of polyurethane products, solid theoretical and practical experience, and familiarity with related process technologies; At least 1 year of experience in field technical support and sales, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships; Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
