The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting, representing clients in courts, managing clientportfolios etc.Your mission Be a team player! Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals, Drafting Litigation documents; Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time. Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-coordinated with in the team; Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must; At least 3-4 year of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation; Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws; Working knowledge and understanding of High Court and District Courts.
