JOB PROFILE: Business Development Manager- SafetyEXPERIENCE: 4 years to 5 years in safety/risk sales Preferably from the similar industryEDUCATION: Diploma/B. tech MBA shall be preferred JOB DESCRIPTION: Be responsible for the selling our key product/services (Staff Training courses, Audit services, Process safety studies i.e Hazop, HAZID, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis, SOP’s, HSE Management System and other HSE consultancy services,Safety manpower services,Safety videos) Provide Consultancy to various sectors in terms of Occupational Health & Safety, Operations, Risk Management. Generating business by contacting new potential leads and converting them into contracts. Development and creation of new deliverables, matching potential clients with appropriate product offerings. Seeking referrals to other prospective customers from the existing customers Securing face-to-face meetings on a daily to weekly basis with prospective customers Successfully closing at a high percentage of those meetings and securing ongoing business relationships via minimum-term contractual agreements To positively contribute in team development initiatives and operations by mentoring and leading Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, email, etc Cross-selling our key products and services wherever possible and appropriate; Gaining a clear understanding of our customers and prospective customers and their requirements Helping to expand the key customer base of small to medium sized businesses which are typically a mix of most types of commercial premises Communicate professionally, effectively and empathically with customers and prospective customers. To ensure neat, accurate and properly completed documentation of customer and other records and that appropriate customer and other information is communicated to the Company; To achieve key performance indicator (KPI) objectives set by the Company
