To provide expert consulting services in the design and implementation of Drupal and AEM-based CMS systems, leveraging web technologies and cloud/hybrid infrastructure in collaboration with Microsoft. The Consultant - Drupal Web Applications will play a pivotal role in shaping web-based architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design and Governance: Lead the design, development, and governance of robust Drupal and AEM-based web architectures, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, user experience, and compliance with data protection and IT security standards. Platform Management: Execute platform governance, AKS Cluster Management, and web-based services, ensuring operational stability, availability, and maintainability while collaborating with external suppliers. CMS Strategy and Innovation: Drive CMS strategy and innovation, working closely with data protection, IT security, and segment IT teams to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Drupal and AEM, including their core functionalities, modules, and best practices. Web Technologies: Utilise a broad range of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) to create innovative and interactive web experiences. Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure: Collaborate with Microsoft to design and implement cloud-based or hybrid on-premises solutions, optimising resource utilisation and cost-effectiveness. Consulting Services: Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on Drupal and AEM implementation strategies, addressing their specific business needs and challenges. Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of Drupal and AEM projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, designers, testers) to deliver high-quality web solutions. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Drupal, AEM, web technologies, and cloud computing. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Drupal and AEM-based web applications. Strong understanding of web development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and hybrid infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external suppliers. A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, C#) and integration with Drupal or AEM. Certification in Drupal or AEM. Experience with agile development methodologies. Contributions to the Drupal or AEM community (e.g., modules, documentation). Experience in configuring and using web-based CMS like Drupal. Excellent knowledge of AEM and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Hands-on experience of common web technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as relevant frameworks and tools. Solid knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Services and other Azure Cloud solutions and services. Sound knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Security/Encryption, Networking/Domains, and Certificates.
