Job Description: At Vegnonveg, the MIS/MDM Executive will be responsible to collect, sanitize, store and analyze the data to provide buyers and merchandisers with timely, accurate, and relevant information to support strategic planning, operational decision-making, and performance monitoring. Overall, the role of MIS/MDM Executive is to create dashboards, track business performance, and automate key processes to improve efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities: * Master Data Management- create and maintain item master and similar foundational reports * Purchase Order Creation * Data Collection- responsible for collecting and organizing data from various sources and software * Reporting and Analytics- formulate sales reports, performance report, inventory mix dashboard etc * Decision Support- provide relevant information to buyers and merchandisers to help them make informed decisions * Process Automation- Assist in automating key business processes, such as inventory management and sustain the same by incorporating the timely changes Required Skills: * Retail background * Up to 2-4 years of proven work experience in planning/MDM/MIS * Proficiency in Advanced MS-Excel and PowerPoint * Hands on experience in preparing detailed MIS reports & dashboards * Strong analytical and technical skills * Attention to detail and effective communication * Agile- to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to self-learn, take initiatives, and work above and beyond
