INRSettle is building infrastructure around INR ↔ stablecoin operational settlement workflows focused on treasury coordination, reconciliation, liquidity routing, and cross-border payment operations.We are looking for a Settlement Operations Associate to support research and operational workflows across India-focused payment and stablecoin settlement infrastructure.Responsibilities• Monitor and analyze cross-border settlement workflows• Support reconciliation and treasury coordination processes• Research operational infrastructure across INR ↔ stablecoin corridors• Track settlement timing, routing, payout, and liquidity movement flows• Assist with documentation and ecosystem research around payment operations and settlement infrastructure• Work closely on operational visibility and infrastructure coordination processesRequirements• Strong interest in fintech, payments, stablecoins, or cross-border infrastructure• Understanding of UPI, payment operations, treasury flows, or settlement systems is a plus• Good written communication skills• Analytical mindset and attention to operational details• Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environmentLocationRemote - IndiaAbout INRSettleINRSettle is focused on operational infrastructure for INR ↔ stablecoin settlement coordination, treasury visibility, reconciliation, and payout routing workflows.
