M&A Integration Analyst (India – Remote)Company: Andromeda Software Inc. – operating group of Constellation SoftwareTeam: M&A Integration Team (Post-Merger Integration)Role Summary:Andromeda Software Inc., part of Constellation Software, is hiring a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Analyst for our post-merger Integration Team. In this India-based remote role, you’ll support Integration Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing post-close integration projects for newly acquired companies. This high-impact position involves tracking integration milestones across departments, synthesizing complex information into clear updates, and ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned across time zones. If you are highly organized, excel in written English communication, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Integration Planning & Tracking: Assist Integration Managers in developing and updating detailed integration project plans. Monitor post-acquisition integration milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across multiple functional workstreams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, etc.), ensuring tasks stay on schedule.Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear, concise status reports, meeting summaries, and integration updates for internal stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate integration meetings across time zones, document key decisions and action items, and drive follow-ups to keep everyone on track.Post-Close Project Support: Support day-to-day post-close integration activities, such as onboarding coordination for acquired teams and tracking systems integrations. Proactively identify and flag potential risks or blockers to Integration Managers, providing context and recommended next steps to resolve issues swiftly.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional leads (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Sales, etc.) to facilitate smooth execution of integration tasks. Foster effective communication and information sharing across workstreams, promoting transparency and alignment.Continuous Improvement: Help document lessons learned and best practices from each integration to refine our playbooks and processes. Provide support during due diligence and post-LOI phases as needed, gathering information and summarizing findings to inform integration plans.Required Qualifications:Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience in M&A integration, project management office (PMO), or similar coordination role, including at least 1 year supporting post-close M&A integration projects.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability to create polished status reports, executive summaries, and stakeholder communications.Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote setting.Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet).Global Collaboration: Comfortable working across international time zones and cultures, with strong cross-functional coordination skills to engage diverse stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience supporting integration projects in the software, technology, or SaaS industry.Familiarity with M&A processes (due diligence, deal structures) and standard post-merger integration frameworks.Exposure to cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, IoT, or other relevant tech domains.Experience in matrixed or decentralized organizations, coordinating with cross-functional teams.History of producing integration status reports or presentations for executives/board-level audiences.Why Join Us:This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how new acquisitions are integrated into our organization.
