This isn't a /"fill the seat/" role we want someone who can own the character department on their own, with strong artistic judgment and a true ownership mindset.What you'll doYou'll own the full character pipeline, end to end:Character design and modeling from scratch (high/low poly, sculpting, retopology, UVs, PBR texturing)Realistic clothing creation with cloth simulation: every garment must have weight, flow, and narrative purpose.
