We're Hiring: Project Manager (Client Operations) | Per4mance Guru | DelhiAt Per4mance Guru, we're building India's most AI-forward performance marketing agency. We run paid media, ad creatives, and social for brands across India, UAE, and the US — and we're scaling fast.We need a sharp Project Manager to own client delivery, keep teams aligned, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end delivery for 8–12 client accounts across Meta, Google, creative, and social retainersBe the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients — updates, approvals, escalationsTranslate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks for our media buyers, creative team, and social managersManage timelines, priorities, and sprint tracking using our internal toolsBuild and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows — creative approvals, reporting, campaign launchesRun weekly team syncs and proactively flag bottlenecks before they become problemsSupport onboarding of new clients with structured, repeatable processesWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience at a digital or performance marketing agency (this is non-negotiable)A solid understanding of how Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns actually work — you don't need to run them, but you need to understand what the team needs to deliverExceptional written communication — especially for client-facing emails and status updatesProven ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without losing your headComfortable with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, or similar)Bonus: experience managing UAE or US clients, or familiarity with AI workflow toolsWhat You Won't Get HereA slow-moving, corporate environment.
