Offering zero brokerage services, The Choosy Investor guides clients through the entire home-buying process, including legal procedures and home loan assistance, ensuring an optimized and hassle-free investment experience.Role DescriptionThis is a remote contract role for a Senior Performance Marketing Expert. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing marketing strategies for social media and other online platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and contributing to strategy discussions for market positioning.Multi-Channel Paid Acquisition: Scaling high-performance campaigns across Meta (Advantage+), Google (Search, PMax, Display), and LinkedIn.Native & Content Discovery: Leveraging Taboola and Outbrain to drive top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel intent via discovery-based placements.Full-Lifecycle Email Marketing: Building and managing automated email drip campaigns to nurture cold leads into site visits and bookings.Advanced Tracking & Attribution: Implementing server-side tracking, CAPI, and multi-touch attribution to accurately map the real estate buyer's journey.Funnel Optimization: Engineering high-converting landing pages and lead-capture flows with constant A/B testing.Marketing Automation: Seamlessly connecting lead flows to CRMs and triggering instant multi-channel nurture sequences (Email, WhatsApp, SMS).Tech Stack:Ad Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Native & Discovery: Taboola, Outbrain, or Microsoft Audience Network.Email & Automation: Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Brevo (formerly Sendinblue).Analytics & Ops: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM (Server-Side), Looker Studio/Tableau.CRM & Leads: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or industry-specific CRM platforms.Workflow Automation: n8n, Zapier, or .Landing Pages: Unbounce, Instapage, or Leadpages.What we’re looking for:Proven Expertise: 4+ years of performance marketing experience with a heavy focus on high-ticket Lead Gen.Native Ad Proficiency: Deep experience with Taboola or Outbrain, specifically in using native discovery to build long-term pipelines.Email Strategist: Experience in lifecycle marketing—knowing how to segment audiences and use email to keep prospects engaged over a 3–6 month sales cycle.Data Rigor: Ability to manage substantial monthly budgets with a relentless focus on CPL, Lead Quality, and ROAS.Technical Edge: Expertise in tracking pixels, UTM architecture, and API-based integrations for clean data flow.Nice to Have:Experience with WhatsApp Business API for automated lead qualification.Background in PropTech or direct experience with real estate developer marketing.Familiarity with HTML/CSS for custom email and landing page tweaks.This is a high-ownership role with the autonomy to build the tech stack and strategy required to drive significant growth.
