Manager / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition Analytics & Workforce Reporting(Contractual Role)Role PurposeBuild and institutionalize a strong analytics and workforce reporting backbone for Talent Acquisition. The role enables data‑led leadership decisions by translating hiring and workforce data into actionable insights across capacity planning, hiring effectiveness, cost optimization, and vendor governance. The incumbent will work closely with the TA Head, TA leadership, and recruiting teams across India to ensure consistent, accurate, and insight‑driven reporting.Key Responsibilities1. Hiring & Workforce AnalyticsDesign, automate, and maintain TA dashboards covering:Hiring WIP, ageing, offers, joiners, dropouts, and pending casesOpen requisitions, sourcing mix, and turnaround time (TAT)Track end‑to‑end workforce movements:Active headcount, notice‑period employees, joiners, leavers, and dropoutsPerform variance analysis against approved headcount and hiring plansDeliver analytics at firm, business unit, competency, and city levels2. Leadership Reporting & InsightsPrepare monthly TA MIS, scorecards, and leadership decks for:TA Head and TA leadership / business review forumsConduct deep‑dive analyses on hiring productivity, bottlenecks, demand–supply gaps, and trendsConvert complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights and recommendations3. Cost, Vendor & Sourcing AnalyticsTrack and analyze hiring costs including:Cost‑per‑hire, vendor costs, and internal vs. external sourcing mixYoY comparisons and trend analysisAssess vendor and sourcing channel performance:Productivity, conversion ratios, utilization, and ROIIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and vendor rationalizationSupport TA budget planning and quarterly forecast revisions4. Strategic, Governance & Technology EnablementSupport workforce planning exercises, compensation benchmarking inputs, and ad‑hoc studies led by the TA HeadTrack TA technology initiatives and ATS/ERP rollouts:Milestones, adoption metrics, and data governance indicatorsEnsure reconciliation and consistency across ATS, ERP, and Finance data5. Data Governance & TA CollaborationPartner with recruiters, SPOCs, and TA operations to ensure:Data accuracy, timely updates, and reporting hygieneStandard definitions and a single source of truthMaintain confidentiality and compliance across all workforce and hiring dataKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of TA dashboards and reportsActionability and impact of insights on hiring strategy, vendor decisions, and costsData hygiene, reconciliation accuracy, and audit readinessSkills & CompetenciesAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong senior‑leadership storytelling abilityHands‑on experience with ATS and ERP systems; strong data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation skillsHighly analytical, structured, and business‑oriented mindsetStrong stakeholder management, written communication, and discretionQualifications & ExperiencePostgraduate degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related discipline5–8 years of relevant experience, including:Minimum 3 years in TA analytics, HR MIS, or workforce reportingExperience in professional services, consulting, or large multi‑city organizations preferredExposure to high‑volume hiring and leadership reporting strongly preferred
