Key Responsibilities -Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Build monthly content calendars.Identify content opportunities across formatsContent Creation and Execution:Create and oversee engaging content (visual + copy) across platforms.Edit videos using tools like CapCut / Premiere Pro.Write sharp, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.Community and Growth:Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions.Drive organic growth through trends, collaborations, and platform features.Performance and Analytics:Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, etc.)Generate monthly reports with actionable insights.Optimize content and campaigns based on performance data.Support paid campaigns with creative inputs and performance understanding.Skills Required-1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.Strong understanding of organic and paid growth strategies.Proficiency in video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro)Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content formatsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.How to Apply-Send us:Your resume to Portfolio / social media handles you’ve managed.2 brief content ideas you’d create for us.Looking forward to creating with you!!
