Qualified Technical/Non-Tech Graduate can apply:Support department to create a customer focused approach to resolving Customer Complaints. Support to Enhance the ability to resolve complaints in a consistent, systematic, and responsive manner to the satisfaction of the customer.Support to achieve the departmental goal and planning to explore departmental activities to enhance customer satisfaction. Identify the customers challenges and support to the make action plan to eliminate the same. Support and involved with necessary Inputs to improvise departmental service level. Participate in all activities pertaining to Customer Requirement related to customer Complaint. Participate in Customer satisfaction activities including communication with Customer and Customer visit as per the requirement. Support to the Department for compliance and execution of department’s Internal & External Audits requirements. Support to Team Members in relevant Operational Work. Be part of the departmental Data Analysis and reporting process pertaining to KEY Figures and KPIs.
