Job Role: The Process Associate – Retail Operations is an execution-focused role that acts as a key link between our team and retail stores. The position is centered on driving day-to-day operational discipline, ensuring SOP compliance and maintaining smooth coordination across all store locations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys structured processes, follow-ups and detailed execution. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with retail stores on a daily basis for operational updates and requirements Ensure timely communication of business updates, policies and process changes to stores Track store-level data including sales, stock movement and operational issues Follow up with stores for reports, stock audits and compliance requirements Resolve day-to-day operational queries raised by store teams Support store teams in executing promotions, launches, and campaigns Maintain accurate records and reports of store communications and activities Execute and monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stores Document, update, and circulate SOPs as per guidance from the operations team Flag process gaps or deviations and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders Assist in rolling out new or revised SOPs and ensure store teams follow them correctly Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in retail operations, backend coordination, or process execution Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting Ability to handle multiple stores and manage timelines effectively Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset Ability to follow structured workflows and execute tasks with accuracy and consistency
