As part of our product expansion, we are building next-generation AI-powered solutions and are looking for a talented AI Engineer / Generative AI Developer to join our engineering team. Role Overview We are looking for an engineer who can design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions and integrate intelligent systems into enterprise software products. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in LLMs, machine learning, backend engineering, and modern AI infrastructure , with the ability to build scalable AI applications from concept to deployment. Required Skills & Knowledge Generative AI / LLMs Strong understanding of: OpenAI API / LLM integrations Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Embeddings & Semantic Search Vector Databases (Pinecone / Weaviate / Milvus / Chroma ) Function Calling / Tool Use Multi-Agent Systems / Agentic AI Fine-tuning / Model Optimization AI Evaluation & Guardrails Machine Learning / NLP Experience in: Natural Language Processing Predictive Modeling Recommendation Systems Classification / Ranking Models Data Processing & Model Training Backend Engineering Strong skills in: Python FastAPI / Flask / Django REST APIs & Microservices Database Design Docker / CI-CD Pipelines Cloud Deployment (Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud ) Nice to Have Experience with SaaS / ERP products Knowledge of AI security & compliance Frontend understanding (Angular / React) Experience scaling AI systems in production Experience ✔ 1–3+ years in AI / ML / Generative AI ✔ Experience building real-world AI applications ✔ Strong portfolio / GitHub / case studies preferred Who Should Apply If you are passionate about building real AI products (not demos) , enjoy solving engineering challenges, and want to work on scalable software used by institutions globally, we would like to hear from you.
