About the RoleWe’re looking for a smart, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with our CTIO.This role goes beyond calendar management—you’ll help drive day-to-day operations and keep things moving efficiently for an AI-driven US healthcare startup.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendar, meetings, and scheduling across time zonesHandle emails and Slack communication, prioritizing key itemsPrepare documents, presentations, and meeting notesTrack action items and follow-ups from meetingsCoordinate with internal teams (leadership, tech, ops)Support basic project tracking and task managementUse AI tools to summarize meetings, emails, and documentsAssist with travel planning, expenses, and ad hoc tasksComfortable using tools like ChatGPT / Claude for drafting & summariesFamiliarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.Basic understanding of automation tools (Zapier, etc.) is a plusExperience in tech / startup environments is a plusExposure to U.S.-based teams or clients is a plusWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleStrong written and verbal EnglishComfortable working with senior leadershipHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactiveAbility to work independently in a remote setupWhy Join Us?Work closely with leadershipHigh ownership and visibilityFast-paced, learning-driven environmentRapid pace of personal & professional growthCompensationCompetitive, based on experience.
