Our teams of skilled professionals are dedicated to ensuring precision and quality in every product we create.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Marketing Engineer based out of Surat, Baroda, Bharuch or Ahmedabad or near by areas to them. The role involves developing and managing sales and marketing initiatives for promoting our heat exchanger products majorly to our clients in Gujarat as well as other parts of India. When the candidate is not traveling for a client visit, he will work from home on proposal preparation or new business development opportunities,Key Responsibilities• Regularly visit existing and potential clients in chemical, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, and process plants. • Promote the company’s heat exchangers and heat transfer equipment to plant engineers, procurement teams, and consultants. • Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects. • Generate technical inquiries and RFQs and follow up with clients to convert them into orders. • Maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and plant engineering teams. • Coordinate with the internal engineering and commercial teams for technical discussions, quotations, and proposal submissions. • Track ongoing projects and maintain regular communication with clients.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret technical data effectivelyProficiency in Market Research and identifying new business opportunitiesExceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagementProven experience in Sales and ability to negotiate and close dealsKnowledge of Marketing principles and techniques to promote technical solutionsEducational background in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred)Familiarity with the process industries, especially chemical, petrochemical, or similar sectors (preferred)A proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approachRequirements• Experience: 2–4 years in the pressure vessel, heat exchanger, or process equipment industry. • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. • Strong communication and client interaction skills. • Good understanding of process industry equipment and project sales. • Willingness to travel regularly for client visits across the Gujarat industrial belt.Compensation₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
