Location: Mumbai Department: Expansion & New Store Development Reporting To: NSO Lead If interested, please send your CV to pratiksha@ and rahul@ We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior NSO Executive to support our expansion efforts. This role will be responsible for scouting potential store locations, coordinating with brokers and contractors, and ensuring smooth communication of brand requirements during the pre-opening phase. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role suited for someone who enjoys being in the field, understands real estate dynamics, and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities 1. Site Scouting & Market Mapping - Identify and evaluate potential locations aligned with brand expansion strategy - Conduct on-ground site visits and share detailed reports (footfall, catchment, visibility, competition) - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sites across target micro-markets 2. Broker Management - Coordinate with local brokers to source relevant properties - Clearly communicate brand requirements (size, frontage, utilities, target rent, catchment) - Follow up consistently to ensure a strong deal flow 3. Landlord & Site Coordination - Assist in initial discussions with landlords for shortlisted properties - Gather basic documentation (layouts, ownership details, permissions, etc.) - Support in scheduling and coordinating site visits for internal stakeholders 4. Contractor Coordination - Act as a bridge between internal teams and contractors during early execution stages - Coordinate timelines, basic requirements, and site readiness - Track progress and flag delays or issues proactively 5. Requirements Communication - Understand brand requirements for different formats (cloud kitchen, dine-in, food court) - Translate and communicate these requirements clearly to brokers, landlords, and vendors - Ensure alignment between site potential and brand needs Who We’re Looking For - 0–2 years of experience in real estate, expansion, or operations (QSR/retail preferred) - Strong on-ground execution ability and willingness to travel extensively - Good communication skills (comfortable dealing with brokers, landlords, vendors) - Basic understanding of commercial real estate (rentals, carpet vs built-up, etc.) - Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple sites simultaneously What You’ll Gain - First-hand exposure to scaling a fast-growing F&B brand - End-to-end understanding of store expansion and development - Opportunity to grow into a full-fledged NSO / Expansion Manager role
