Role: Splunk ITSI ConsultantExperience Level: 4-6 YearsLocation: RemoteShift: 12:00 PM-9:00 PM ISTRequired Qualifications :• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Splunk, including at least 2 years focused on Splunk ITSI. • Proven experience leading service decomposition workshops and translating business services into ITSI service models. • Strong working knowledge of ITSI components: service trees, KPI base searches, service templates, entities, thresholds, and glass tables. • Experience with Data Source Assessments and data quality validation for KPI readiness. • Hands-on experience configuring bidirectional integrations between Splunk ITSI and third-party ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred). • Experience with entity discovery, import, and management within ITSI. • Proficiency installing and configuring Splunk Technical Add-ons (TAs) and ITSI Content Packs. • Strong documentation skills with experience producing runbooks, onboarding templates, and service dependency documentation. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops with business stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications • Splunk ITSI Certified Admin & Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin certification. • Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries with complex service dependencies. • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices. • Experience with Splunk DB Connect for database integrations. • Knowledge of Splunk Event Analytics, Notable Events, and correlation search configuration. • Experience creating glass tables and executive-level ITSI dashboards.
