Implement robust safety management systems aimed at achieving zero accidents through timely induction programs, periodic training, emergency drills, and continuous safety awareness initiatives. Conduct and closely monitor safety committee meetings to ensure active employee participation, with a strong focus on identifying, tracking, and timely closure of RSCs. Enforce strict adherence to the Management of Change (MoC) process to eliminate unauthorized or undocumented changes.
