Key skills, capabilities and competencies Graduate with 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in the domain of meeting coordination, events & campaigns, banquets and/or room reservations management. Excellent communication, time management and responsiveness. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision and manage challenging scenarios. Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and enthusiastic. Highly professional, process-centric approach in completing assignments within tight deadlines. Tech-savvy around desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers including an ability to learn new technologies. Hands on experience with OPERA, DELPHI, INFOR or other SCS (Sales and Catering Services) tools will be an added advantage.
