Key Competence works: Preparation of standalone & consolidated financials as per IND-AS, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Various Audits; Statutory, Tax, Internal, IFC, Transfer Pricing, etc. Monthly closure of accounts strictly as per the timelines Monthly scrutiny of accounts and variance analysis Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Standalone and Consolidated financials of the Company as per IND AS Receivables & Payables management Fixed Assets Management and inventory management Treasury activities viz. funds management, annual renewal of various banking limits, other regular banking compliances like FFR, UFCE, etc. Direct and Indirect Tax compliances and other finance related Statutory Compliances. Handling assessments and litigations related to taxation matters. Closure of Internal audit observations and preparation of SOP's Handling various audits viz. Quarterly limited reviews, Statutory audits, Tax audits, Internal audits, IFC, Cost audits & Transfer pricing audits ERP/IT developments related to accounts & finance Providing support to business controlling team in monthly MIS's preparation, annual business plan preparation, etc.
