Job Description (Key Responsibilities): As per attached Job Profile (IM Technician). Specify Desired Core Functional Competencies: Strong troubleshooting knowledge in injection moulding machines Experience on machines like Shibaura / Toshiba / Ferromatik Milacron/LNT Ability to independently change moulds and start production as per quality standards Rejection control and process optimization Experience in handling hot runner moulds Handling Liner Cap Assembly / similar IM operations Documentation and process record maintenance Specify Desired Behavioral Competencies: Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills Discipline and adherence to process Ability to work in shifts Team coordination with production and quality Ownership and accountability Qualification Required: Diploma in Plastic Engineering / PGD-PPT / CIPET / ITI (relevant trade) Years of Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years (Injection Moulding – Plastic Industry preferred) Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) Positioning in Organization: Reports to: Manager – Production Subordinate: Operators / Helpers (if applicable) Additional Information: Candidate must have hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding Same industry experience preferred Immediate joiners preferred Detailed Job Profile will be shared separately
