Role Scope:• Plan, organize, and control production schedules across multiple plants to meet the sales plan.• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery and materials (consumable & raw material).• Equipment performance monitoring• Production support procedures and documentation• Preventive maintenance • Standardize processes and best practices across locations.• Coordinate between plants & sales team to ensure timely deliveries of finished goods.• Driving process optimization and continuous improvement to reduce the cost of production.Candidate Preference:• Experience: 8–12 years• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process orientation• Exposure to process manufacturing environmentsTechnical Requirements:• Knowledge of ISO / TQM / Quality Management Systems/ OHSMS• Experience in conducting internal & external audits.• SAP & Microsoft office working knowledge• MIS preparation
